This set contains 134 printable folding paper minis for the 2025 Dungeons and Dragons Starter Set adventure, "Heroes of the Borderlands". 
 
It contains every mini you will need in the correct numbers to run every encounter in the adventure up to the maximum recommended difficulty. The minis are sorted by encounter, so you can prepare them in small batches for each session as needed. 
 
While HotB comes with disc-shaped tokens to represent the monsters, I hope you find these self-standing paper minis a great upgrade to the flat tokens. Unlike my other Paper Mini sets, this one does not come with Monster Combat Cards, as those are already included in the Starter Set!
 
These minis are all full-colour original art, with the backs in silhouette. Two print options have been provided, one with themed colour backgrounds and one with white backgrounds to save ink or to be trimmed to shape. They are all scaled to correct heights and, when folded, suit a standard 1-inch (25mm) battle grid.  The paper bases can also be cut off to use plastic mini holders or clips. 
 
There have been many hours put into creating this resource. I hope you find it a cost-effective alternative to 3D minis, while still an upgrade to the included tokens, and it brings some life and colour to your table with a fraction of the effort of painting all those traditional models! You can, of course, use these for other encounters outside of the Borderlands, but they are a great starting set.
